A lower dilution rate of 1 to 20 will make the product highly aggressive while its recommended dilution of 1 to 100 will make the product great but less aggressive. Use warm water and a cotton mop. Apply the product to the affected area and allow 5 minutes of direct contact. Agitate with a low speed floor buffer fitted with a brush or pad and extract the waste. Repeat the operation if the dirt was not fully removed in one go. If some areas are more affected than other areas, do a local treatment.
