Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in the original, sealed packaging.
- Contact us first at support@palcle.com to arrange the return; we will confirm the return address and instructions.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of the returned goods arriving back with us.
