Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged and in the original, sealed packaging.
Contact us first at support@palcle.com to arrange the return; we will confirm the return address and instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of the returned goods arriving back with us.
Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you — please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
