Description
The Dorelle 28 Chandelier by Christiane Lemieux is a sculptural statement born of French modernism’s golden age—when glamour was architectural and metalwork borrowed the elegance of couture. Inspired by the ateliers of 1930s and 40s Paris, its sinuous, palm-like arms recall the organic forms of Jean Royère and the feathered coronas of Art Deco jewelry, while fluted brass detailing nods to Jean-Michel Frank’s interiors.
Nature, fashion, and architecture converge in a design that feels both organic and precise: a golden bloom suspended midair. Hand-gilded and finished with layered tones that glow like antique jewelry under candlelight, this 28-inch chandelier brings warmth and quiet drama to dining rooms or entryways without ostentation. Crafted for contemporary interiors yet rooted in history, Dorelle reinterprets the optimism and artistry of interwar Paris for modern spaces—an heirloom piece defined by proportion, texture, and light.
