This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how PALCLE GALLERIA (operated by Apex Meridian Group LLC in the United States together with its commonly owned Hong Kong affiliate APEX MERIDIAN LIMITED) processes, ships and delivers orders placed on palcle.com. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Order processing time
Unless a longer time is stated below for a product group, orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time are usually processed the same business day; orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery options and costs
Shipping cost depends on the total weight of your order. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Heavier orders. Above 15 lb, shipping increases by $5.00 for each additional 5 lb (or part of 5 lb) of total order weight. For example, a 28 lb order ships by Standard Delivery for $36.95 and a 63 lb order for $71.95. Standard Delivery never costs more than $149.95 per order, however heavy the order is. For heavy items, the Shipping & Delivery tab on the product page shows the Standard Delivery cost for one unit.
Total time to receive your order = processing time + transit time: typically 4–9 business days for Standard Delivery and 2–5 business days for Express Delivery. Seasonal items and PALCLE Market items have their own delivery times, described below. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. We do not offer free shipping.
Seasonal and holiday items
Our seasonal Halloween and Christmas decor and apparel ship separately from our partner warehouse. Please allow about 11–14 business days from order to delivery for these items. Express Delivery does not shorten this time. The expected delivery time is also shown on each of these product pages.
PALCLE Market items
Products in our PALCLE Market departments (everyday home, kitchen, vacuum and floor care, outdoor, pet, tech and accessory items) are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days and then spend 3–7 business days in transit. Please allow about 5–11 business days from order to delivery for these items. Express Delivery does not shorten this time. PALCLE Market items are delivered to addresses in the 50 U.S. states only. The expected delivery time is also shown on each of these product pages.
Shipping destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or P.O. boxes may take longer, and certain heavy or hazardous items may not be available for those destinations. If we cannot ship an item to your address, we will contact you before processing the order.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
Occasionally delivery may be delayed by carrier issues, weather, high demand or events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier once an order has been dispatched, but we will help you resolve any problem.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping a returned parcel may incur an additional shipping charge.
